  • Has my order shipped?
    Your order will be by you in a jiffy! As soon as your package of joy has been shipped, we will e-mail you with your unique tracking details. Be sure to check your inbox (or spam!) for said e-mail. Alternatively, you can simply log on to your account and check your delivery status from your order history page.

  • What is JoySwag's return policy?
    As we’ve mentioned before, if it doesn’t spark joy, there’s no use in holding on to it. As such, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase, if the product is new, unused, and in the same condition that it was received in. A $7 restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for return shipping. 

  • What are the shipping options?
    We offer $5.00 shipping fee on all orders shipped within the US. Only select products will display an option for expedited shipping, an added cost will incur. Orders being shipped to international destinations will show the shipping costs, customs, etc, to the destination country, based on the product and shipping address.

  • What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?
    We offer international shipping worldwide, which is handled via WebInterpret. This includes  taxes, duties, and shipping costs, on our end. Please read the terms and services carefully before confirming your purchase. Aside from our international shipping fees, which are calculated at checkout, your order might be subject to additional VAT/IMPORT fees before delivery. If so, you will be notified of those fees prior to delivery. You can choose to accept and pay, or decline and your order gets returned to us and refunded.We offer worldwide delivery. We spread the love to you! 

 

  • When will I receive my order?
    We generally ship out packages within 1-2  business days after you’ve placed your order. Shipping times on the free shipping option is generally 5-7 business days, depending on the location of the buyer. Be sure to contact us if you have questions!

  • What do I do if I never received my order?
     Please be so kind and check the shipping carrier's tracking page to see if it's still in transit. You can also contact us directly on our “Contact Us” page for further assistance with this. We’d love to connect with you about the whereabouts of your package, delivered from us to you, with warmth!

  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    If you're not completely satisfied with your order, if it doesn’t spark joy, please reach out to our support team and they will gladly assist you with generating a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) for sending back the order for a replacement or refund.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Livestock, gold and silver coins, white deerskin leather banknotes, and more bartering tools will be acceptable once our nostalgia team creates a system to take us back to the wonderful times of yore!  Until then, we humbly accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Swipe away, baby!

  • I forgot my password
